Down the Valley Reenactment

June 16-17, 2007 at Middletown , VA  

          For this reenactment, the 3rd Regiment, USV represented the 14th Indiana during the 1st Kernstown scenario and the 27th Indiana during the 1st Winchester scenario.  On Saturday morning, the Federal forces marched 2 ½ miles south where they engaged the Confederates in an intense tactical battle.  Co. B held the extreme right flank of the Federal forces and held off several strong assaults.
