Down the Valley Reenactment

June 16-17, 2007 at Middletown , VA  

          For this reenactment, the 3^rd Regiment, USV represented the 14^th Indiana during the 1^st Kernstown scenario and the 27^th Indiana during the 1^st Winchester scenario.  On Saturday morning, the Federal forces marched 2 ½ miles south where they engaged the Confederates in an intense tactical battle.  Co. B held the extreme right flank of the Federal forces and held off several strong assaults.
