144th Perryville Reenactment

October 7-8, 2006 at Perryville , KY  

    Members of the 78th PVI, Co. F traveled to the Bluegrass State to experience a western theater re-enactment for the first time.  We partnered with our 3rd USV comrades, the 28th Massachusetts and fielded a company under Lt. Steve Hane were attached to the Army of the Ohio battalion.  On Sunday, we represented the 79th PA during the scenario. The scenery was beautiful and the weather was superb all weekend.
