September Storm Reenactment

September 8-9, 2007 at Boonsboro , MD  

        Members of Co. F, 78th PVI attended the September Storm reenactment as a part of Co. B, 3rd USV Regiment.  This event recreated parts of the battle of Fox’s Gap, Crampton’s Gap, and the Cornfield at Antietam .  For these battles, our battalion represented the 23rd Ohio , 18th New York , and 8th Pennsylvania Reserves, respectively.  On Saturday evening, we were treated with a wonderful period play by the New Old Theatre Company.
